About Shoval

Shoval is Sr. Director of Product Management for NICE Customer eXperience Analytics, where his leadership and expertise bridges roles in Sales and Marketing, Research and Development, and Operations. Prior to joining NICE, he spent 15 years with RAD Data Communications, ultimately serving as Head of Global Services. Based in Israel, Shoval is a graduate of Tel Aviv University and earned his MBA at the College of Management Academic Studies in Rishon LeTsiyon.
