Dan has over 11 years experience in implementing sales compensation systems in both EMEA and North America and has led dozens of large-scale SPM (Sales Performance Management) system deployments. During his tenure Dan also spent time in Product Management working with R&D to bring new customer-led features to the NICE ICM product. Today Dan is the Director for the SPM Practice.
